put the weights down,
stop,
breath,
feel it?
oh yes, there it is, that inevitable ungodly burn that aches in your muscles that let's you know you've just accomplished something, you've built, you've succeeded. Enough sessions set out to the burn and you have yourself a whole new person, ripped torso, ripped arms, legs, calves, whatever the hell you want to focus in on, whatever you may be perfecting to some sort of godliness and hopefully not toning to a psychotic physical love affair so readily subscribed by the mass throng of "them".
But what if you're using a different muscle, hmmm?
One very real but much harder to see past any layer of clothing, fashionable or practical, bright or dull, silky or rough...
funny how the important things are hard to see...
funny how you feel what you can't see the most...
and it's all too real that it's our hearts that we usually exercise before anything else.
I feel mine more than I'd like to admit, more poignantly than expected, and stronger than I ever admit.
...now I just need to work on courage and a brain....*fades into laughter*
you have a good one all
my heart goes out to yours

I expect to live my life but once; any good therefore that I can do, or any kindness that I can show, let me do it now; let me not defer or neglect, for I shall not pass this way again.
